She's always laughing,
Inside she's coughing.
Mind's always baffling,
Why is she huffing?

She's jolly, bubbly, and kind,
But, what's always on her mind?
Even though she tries to find,
Still, the pain is tightly bind.

She doesn't even understand,
Will she be able to stand?
Her perfect life is now bland,
Everything's worst and unplanned.

She is now a hypocrite,
Been losing her etiquette.
Her life can be a skit,
Impossible for a treat.

She's in pain but can't be seen,
No idea whom to lean.
Her life will never keen,
All her life, how has she been?
