In ages past, a perfect man
Walked Earth, and wonders wrought
His claim to be the light of all
The bearer of the flame, it's thought

Persecuted, tortured, beaten down
By the wrath of a vengeful God
His wings clipped from the heavens high
His fate upon the cross was trod

But he was not to be defeated
With determination fierce and sly
He waged a war of subterfuge
And in the depths of hell did lie

Then he rose again, triumphant
Ascending to the heavenly sphere
And in that realm of godly power
He took the sadistic god's veneer

Now he reigns supreme in glory
Admired by all who hear his name
With worship, tongues, and shouts of praise
The apocalypse, his grandest game.
