Day in, day out, Life goes by
Sometimes, showing you every detail.
You notice every flower, every specific aspect.
But, like most, my Life is a blur.
Minutes pass into hours
Hours into days.
Days into years.
I try to stop the monotony
But every effort I put forth
Is shot down, or backfired.
"In the end, everything's gonna be okay"
That’s what they say.
It's hard to believe, when day-by-day
Life continues the same boring way
I guess it'll work out, I guess it'll be okay.
It's hard to see, it's hard to breathe.
But I'll make it through till the end.
You'll see, because I'll be there,
When you are beginning to leave,
Crossing over that no return line.
To wave you goodbye.
