Blazing heat,
Green leaves,
A bright red apple,
At my feet.
A Cicada
Chirping,
At Summer’s eve.
Suddenly,
A change,
Mild breezes drifting,
Leaves at my feet.
A Squirrel,
Dancing,
Gathering from trees.
From Summer,
To Autumn,
Replaced,
Exchanged,
Rearranged.
