I wish I could take you for an evening ride,
Drive to the desert, under starlight, we'd hide.
Lay down on the sand, hold hands side by side,
Into the world of love, your heart as my guide.

When it gets late, I'll hug you until hearts are unified,
Lips meeting cheeks, to yours, they just might slide.
I'll kiss all the way through the night,
Until morning shines brightly, love in its light.

You'll be the princess of everything, and I your medieval knight,
Then I'd drive you home, make pancakes, and tuck you in tight.
Play a playlist of classical violin,
Laying beside you, quiet but my heart singing.

About how you beautify every single thing,
In this serene moment, my heart takes wing.
