Two Flowers

I saw two little flowers, Growing side by side, As I remembered, Once upon a time, You took me by the hand, And showed me the ends of the Earth, Our road led us here, To these flowers, As you whispered, In my ear, Let these flowers show our love, Entwined, as they grow, Everlasting, As an endless river, As an endless night. But the stars always dissapear, As the rivers do flow into the sea. And I reached out, And plucked a flower, And I took it home with me.
