Stolen Strength
Weak and crumbled
upon the rocks
I wait for just one sign
Sick and troubled
have no strength
I pray for the last time
As the days burn
I see the leaves
as spring comes once again
The warmth returns
but not your love
you're gone my only friend
I placed my strength
at your feet
gave you
all
I had
and when you left
there I stood
a sad, weak, young man
