TO BE FREE

It’s so free here.

Why are you down there?

You could be here, where it’s free.

Crazy things go on down there, the fighting, the hate, and the war.

Up here it’s quiet and calm without the pains of settling the score.

If they could only see they could be free.

They don’t need to fight.

Someday they have to see the light.

They don’t need to hate, they could escape.

To be free, they need to pray for peace.

The war has ceased in me.

It’s nice to be free.
