CAGED IN

They don’t understand.

Everything gotta be their way.

They don’t seem to care.

It’s always their way, day after day.

When will they see?

I need to be free.

Yes, like a bird.

Tell me when I will be heard.

Why can’t they see?

That’s my say.

I’m not going to plead because it’s a childish play.

They just don’t know.

Everything’s a bore, day by day.

I’m caged in, that’s for sure.
