You can be famous now
If you're a rhetorical pronoun
I explored
Tried to get out
My parents would have got me down
Don't get down
You're beautiful
And safe and sound
And you aren't queer
You're ahead of the curve
Keep steering
Look ahead
Wear your personality
On your sleeves
People will fear you
But, it's dread instead
Keep changing your hair
Fiddle your hair
Walk the streets with pride
Gay pride
Stay in the closet
If you wanna change
If you wanna be better
Than Worse
Or just offset
In a changing haze of time
With a dash of thyme
Be a brilliant specimen
Men will be men
Women will be empowered
The dimes fall from the pockets
The beggars will still take their time
