Feb 2019
wishing and hoping it was you
stitching wounds beneath twilight’s moon
nimble fingers knitting pearled hue

in the forest, mosses wet paint mystic dew
dripping green and gone too soon
backwards spinning threaded new.
wishing and hoping it was you,
mending wrinkles in evening’s gloom
pinning printed fabrics hung anew

wishing and hoping it was you
falling hair in garden bloom
petaled soft in perfumed blue
