Alone in the Woods

Little girl alone in the woods

Torn dress ****** hands

Black eyes soulless stare

With unspoken words

She tells a story of how she came to be

Once a salesman's daughter,

A dark secret kept every night.

A horse and buggy ride that ended in ******

A crazy child with a knife, they would say.

The unspoken part tells the story.

The dark secret that could be kept no more,

An evil action committed too many times to this little girl.
