You're in my heart,
to never be apart

Someday soon, we'll be leaving
Just us ***; no more pain, no more grieving

We may bounce from place to place,
and there may be times where I don't see you,
but when I gaze out the windows of our temporary base,
to the Lord, I owe my gratitude

Working for the money to build our dream home;
huge picture windows to take in the view
A happy home where our kids are free to roam
Trees, lakes, and mountains; a scenery brand-new

Our warm, cozy cabin illuminated by candle light
Over the ground, a blanket of white

My own art room, walls painted soft yellow
Soul inside is aching, my imagination bellows
