Cry
We hurt because we have a heart
Moulded from tears God shed
When He said, "I love you"
And as we go about our own ways
Oblivious to the Golden Rule
Our hearts weep a
stale stream of abandoned love
Suddenly,
the world is empty,
our vulnerability revealed
As angels whisper,
"Cry."
