crack!

The fireworks set off
Nothing but light and colors
Fusing in a relationship like fathers and mothers

Her and I
Close to each other, seeing each other’s starlight eye
Holding each gaze to never say goodbye

crack!

Another bundle of light and colors join together again
Sharing a sweet image, sort of like a candy cane

Her and I
Moving so close, but heading far away
Eyes shut, lips trembling
Meeting for one last moment

sizzle*

The colors and lights grow apart
Their relationship making it seem so ****
All is dark
Sky settling in

My lips left with one touch
My eye left with one image
For one moment, has been memorable
Her eyes are gone
Her lips are untouched
For one moment, has been the last
