Through Fields Of Wildflowers
It rains on the best of us,
So let your blossoms flourish,
In the midst of a torrential downpour,
Especially when your world seems to become an instant disaster,
Full of mud and strife.
Tomorrow,
That big ol’ Texas sun will shine on you again,
And you’ll run through fields of wildflowers—
a sight that you and I both know can out-do any old ocean view.
Give it a chance little Cowboy,
And I promise you’ll smile again,
As you ride off into the sunset you were destined to see.
