Dec 2018
Watch the love slowly burn;
The kisses put into an urn.
The feelings hidden away
And the mind will not stay.
What we had will slowly die.
There will never be another lie
As I find comfort with another
For you are no longer my lover.
I am leaving, you killed me!
Perhaps it was worth the fee;
I did learn much from our touch.
There is doubt I’ll ever be enough
It’s better to leave than to **** each other
You?  You’ll easily find another.
Me? I know I’ll eventually be okay
One day I’ll find someone who’ll stay.
Until then, I’ll just look to survive
Hoping to once more feel alive.
I will forget the scars on my mind
I will once more be able to be kind.
