Colors are the heart of life
Beating to its own rhythm
As long as this everlasting life goes
I know and recognize all my colors
But I am unable to see it
Just as how I know and recognize
Every beat and melody in my veins
But the world is silent and colorless
How can I differentiate
Black and white if I cannot see it?
How can I know there's a loud voice
When I cannot hear a single beat or melody?
How can I detect mistakes
When I do not even know right from wrong?
Let's say I am as strong as a straw
But I have gone through a hurricane
Even then I am still a straw
Who can come crashing down anytime anywhere
So now tell me how can I stand
When later I realized I have no legs to stand on?
Therefore let's just say I'm blind and deaf
Even when I once knew my colors and melodies well
