Dec 2018
This memory is but a melancholy of ours yesterday
A broken wall left unrepaired
Like a road less trodden by
For I've never learnt to live without you

A broken soul as I am
Lost in the conflict with my own existence
Seeking for a little solace in this emptiness
In you is where my soul repose

At times even the world turns its back
I stood stranded and drenched in the rain
Like a silhouette of my broken soul
Perhaps you're where I belong

When the tide is high and rough
And the road seems long and weary
When I have no strength left to carry on
In you I'll live , a place I call home
