translucent jelly fish

in burgundy overcoats

trudged along the lane

today.

the clams cousin,

the barnacle,

collects rent

from the whale.

surface tension

molecular bonds

ebb and flow

liquidized energy;

ocean spray

returns to the sea,

you see.

and the sea ****

sees it all.
