You never stopped to think about you,or understood the sanctity of your breath.
It made sense but a moment you felt so compelled, surely as day turns to night it left you bereift.
It was spike through me physically, a tearing of flesh it was an emptiness spiritually.
Though I endured it barely, it hurt worse to turn you away than what you had done.
It made me strong, it made my heart full, I realised my worth.
I'm not a half looking for a half, I'm a whole looking for a whole.
