Young life was a lot more better than it is today.
I didn't have to worry about how  I look like
How will my day end , who will lead me here.
I had all it takes to be happy
But there came a point where life told me to blossom.

I left home for greener pastures.
Had sleepless nights to have food on my table.
Went through hills and valleys to find streams of water.
This is when I learnt the true meaning of growing up.

For all that I have became
It's because of the person that taught me to work hard,
But for the person I have left behind, I miss everything about her
Because worry, pain ,grief, was never her portion.
Life happens, and when it does, you really have to be ready to face it.

To growing up, I miss the younger me.
