Nov 2018
I am generous with my time
I give 15 minutes here and there
To listen
To feel how they are feeling
More often than not I have no answer
They are seldom looking for one
An ear is all they needed
A pillow to muffle their scream
Someone to tell their day to
I give up this time readily and happily
I give them the greatest gift I can muster
Connection.
