In my dreams

In my dreams,

I’m running fast

As fast as I can go

The wind is now my radiance

And is encouraging me to grow.

In my dreams

I feel humanity

I’m free from all my tears

And I feel no more affliction

And escape those trying years.

In my dreams,

I stand on my own two feet

I have established my strength

For no more will I be beat

In my dreams,

I don’t look back

For this journey I can take

I don’t know what’s ahead

But I search before I wake.
