The Crying Coyote
The cry of a coyote at night
sounds like a sad goodbye
His cries echoed through the night
as he stairs up to the sky
Coyote,can I join you
I want to say goodbye too
I want to be wild and free
Please coyote can you run with me
We are creatures of the lonelynight
as the stars shine above
Just two predators that roam the dark
all where searching for is love
As I laid there on the cold wetground
and his howling fades away
I know it's time for me to go backhome
As the night turns to day
