...
Death.
A stranger in the woods -
Waiting in the pines
What is on your mind?
Have you finally come to see me,
Is it really my time?
Is this star shine not mine?
I’d hoped for just a few more weeks.
I’ve seen your face before,
Your glare from the shore,
The tingling in my eyes...
I remember you -
Old unknown friend;
Please, tell me that this isn’t the end
The door is opened again...
You and I are the calm below.
The unknown caller on the line.
Please don’t let it be my time!
I don’t need to answer that call...
Not yet,
Not now.
My friend,
This is not the end.
