The world moves quick

The world moves quick or it doesn't move at all. It shouts at you, for you or it's quiet. What do you prefer? With peace and silence comes inaction. With chaos and noise comes purpose. I'm stuck in the middle but I don't know if that's a place where you can be or a place where I want to be.
