Poems
Dec 2012
Make it Cicely he said
Waschrell with due care
only picked sweet Cicely,
he stood and stooped
with vintageΒ candle luminance
matching each windowsill anew,
she could never flutter brazen like
the Painted Ladies,
a botany student
should have known better.
