Falling raindrops
The waves wash away your memories
Only to reappear as echoes
During sleepless nights
Your silhouette seems so distant
And yet so close I can almost taste it
Maybe again
One day
You'll come haunt me
Thursday evenings
Under grey skies
For I feel like I've known you many lives
And not at all
