relativity

light years apart

our bodies are

but much deeper

our souls are

reaching extremes

and falling apart

leaving us restless

to the uncertainty of hope

light years apart

maybe we should always be

to let our affliction die

light years apart

we stay

and forever I’ll regret

my unfortunate obligation

for I should die alone
