I'm almost grown, So now I must look into the unknown. I must figure out how I want my life to unfold, But who knows what the future holds. I have to see the unseen, At the age of fourteen. My time for goofing off is coming to an end, And there's no way to make it bend. I must learn the rules real fast, But I want this time to last. My future includes responsibilities, And my youth will just be memories. I don't want to turn the page, I want to stay this age. I feel stuck in a trap, In this world, I'm just a scrap. My life will go by in a flash, And soon, all I'll be is a pile of ash.
