I am a mountain in Maine
That I dug into and overcame

Indecision and indifference, the oily buffet of a jaded sunlit stare
It’s all up here-
It’s all out there

I kiss at the flood light
That I drove beside at midnight

Transience and dependance, a honeyed yarn maze in retired rafters
It’s all right before-
It’s all near after

Can I really die?
If only in memories I like to be alive
