Getting Ready

I wake up and sit up in bed

I sit slouched and try to get the wheels in my head to start

I finally stand up and drag my feet to the closet

I pick random clothes and head to the restroom

After I take a shower I don't feel as lazy as before

Now I skip joyfully to the kitchen to find something to eat

I get some eggs and orange juice which is the usual for me

Now that I finished eating I feel more energetic

So I run back to the room to get my shoes

I put them on as fast as I can and find the brush

It doesn't take long to brush my hair

At this point I feel I can take on the whole world

I run as fast as lightning to the door

And only open it a crack

Take a deep breath and let it out slowly

Then open the door it's full length

And I get out the door to say:

"Hello world!"
