Dec 2012
In the barge full of dust
A heron's quivering song
In our hearts full of trust
A need for something wrong

The gin burns
As youth returns
No one wants to go back to their ship
So keep going, sip after sip

In the darkness of such earths and the beauty of such skies
Excitement is tangible in every pair of eyes
But dreading, we fear midnight
When we'll have to say goodnight
So keep passing the gin
This is where we begin
