I smell the work in his three piece suit,
I see beneath the driver's cap, his hair let loose,
I spot the double knot on his wingtip boots,
I can picture the wooden twig underneath his tooth,
I hear the dusty engine in his shiny new coupe,
But all you take is flash,
Not knowing he used to be just liked you.
