With the darkness looming over me, I shake in terror as I cannot take this pain. Curled up in a ball, in a corner of this big gloomy cave I call my mind. Waiting and fearing what’s to come. I have again, become a slave to its nurturing ways. Sad and alone,  I struggle to catch my breath. But as  fast as the darkness comes, it begins to fade with shimmers of light shining  through, which start to break these heavy chains away. Then I remember, the darkness will come but the light will always conquer.
