Feign no special arch to heart
you bring me flowers, our day at arms
To-wit we gather poesy up
into our lungs, the harshest words-

All bother and no brotherhood
today we coil tight lips to kiss
From here i see that distant love
despair with us, our day at arms-

A gorge between two parallel
the rift of beats, no heart exact
We splinter our magnificence
in joust, in play, in retrospect-

To common exits from our own
adjacent to our journey-
we untangle from our flesh, our bone
And nurture ghosts for lonely-

to starve the Love and feed the Fools
that we've become in spite of schools
Our day at arms has come to this.
The war is cold
The Peace
