Hattie
Came slowly.
She was sullen and strong as
She crossed the carribbean shrouded in gray.
The warning was short as we battened down tight.
A blustery,piercing howling beast.
Mighty trees knelt down.
Souls washed away.
Hattie shook
Rattled
Rolled.
That
Day.
