Oh,  welcome  to my shadow world
to brighten  my life
with the love of your arms
for before you  life was buy a memory.
Oh, all the centuries
that I  have waited
and lonely was my heart
a sickness more than death
that stilled it long ago.
Oh, together across  empty  centures
that are empty no more
we shall ride
for  your  heart
and your breath
and  the red ocean   within
has so intoxicated me
I  am no longer a creature of earth.
Oh, for you are mine
and I yours
my   newly  made love.
Far across  miles of time
we shall fly
to leave  this dead world behind
where we shall pass this eternity
beyond  low  and worldly cares
for like you  there is no one other
you   goddess of eternity  my vampire queen.
