              the meaning &             significance       of the media
              reduced                                 to noisy garbled pitches
              for services which                              no longer exist:

    controversies trivial;                                 celebrity trite,
    greed & lust strangely                                  ambivalent;
                     mainstream    culture          mass-reproduced     &        
                     endlessly, pointlessly        
            regurgitated:
mainstream politics
woefully misguided
