I was watching myself in the mirror
I saw a life
Immersed with courage and fear
Against all odds and terror

Echoes of cries became much clearer
Life felt gloomy
Candles became dimmer

My hands combing through
Thick and straight wavy hair
The luscious curve,
Sketched the women I desire,

Others dangled above my chins
Portraying all my virtue and my sins,

A dreary path led to
The darkness, six feet under
But altogether I see
Earth and Fire

Existence is indecisive, I realized
Too valuable to be prized

At times,
It gives pleasure
At times,
It tears like a knife
But all in all
This is the meaning of Life …
