Silence Speaks

In this silence,

Not a word.

But this feeling?

Its heard

The rise and fall

of your chest

as you're in my arms

These nights are best

Your gentle breath

Which dances on my arm

Which hold you tight

away from harm

Forever I would be content

To just lay here

With you in my arms

and with no fear

It seems that once

The silence can speak

And these feelings

Are not weak

Words cannot describe

the endless joy and love

I fell in your arms

and in my my hands your fingers fit like a glove.

The silence speaks

but no one hears

And all though it will happen again

I'll remember it for years.
