When I wake,
I wrap my arms around you..
and you the same.
The room brightens,
a smile lifts like the rising sun.
Breezes whistle through the window,
that is cracked near the bed.
letting in the sweet cold morning air.
Much different from the hot night before.

You squeeze tighter around me...
To make sure the cold hasn't seeped into my skin.
Your happiness flows into me.
The actions are speaking louder then ever.
Not a word has been exchanged.
Until the light slips into the window just right.
Whisking away the sleeping sands from our eyes.
Eye to eye.
I know for sure this feeling is true...
