May 2018
Sound stood firm in the the vacuum solid.
Light it scours, and beats down on it.
So quick it makes the waves vibrate,
and churn and flow and dislocate
It slides on through the atmosphere
Refracting through the water sheer
Clearly, soundly makes its way
Along the shore this winter day
The sand it rumbles whisper soft
Tumult and turbulence, heat aloft
Into the cloud and all about the water pours
Finding peace with natural laws
Floating high on warmer winds
Seed of life you'll find within
And searching for a land to quench
Find two people on wood park bench
And pin them to their sitting place
Make them feel such stark embrace
That their minds and souls are linked forever
Not once failing in stormy weather
And watch them spend their lives as two
The earth it spins just for you
And all the flowers that ever flowered
Dedicated just to you. For love is solar powered
