Through the tall pines and wetlands of cypress trees,
Over the desperate calls from the owls in the night....sounds of whipperwills sweet melodies

I hear the screams of your heart and the cries of your broken soul,
Your wounds have never healed and run deep in your veins and only the few knows

The chains have never been broken, but yet I see your silhouette in the edges of the creeks and streams.
You broke down and let me in...when you said never again...deep in the night's shadows, wrapped in my dreams

I heard you then and I hear you now. I know your demons fight. The screams and the agony of your soul makes the angels cry......like the a wild prey caught by the coyotees on a hard winter's night.

The devil is dancing on his soul atop his grave on that southern hill, forever his reaper.
When you wake up alone, your forever kingdom is full of angels and the heaven's keeper.

He can no longer hurt your flesh any longer, though what's done is done.
He will never awake to see the stars, the moon, the mountains, rivers or sun..

Lucifer will continue to dance, to spit, to **** on his slab till the heavens burst that piece of dirt open. Copywrited. Written by Pam Weldon with Cosmic name Misty Seadia
