The darkness swung from tree to tree,
Removing sight from whence;
The lovers legend came to be,
And stay at second glance.
Through miles and miles of foreign lands,
Across a thousand seas.
A stranger traveled to find but a man,
Knelt down on hands and knees.
Not a word to speak or song to sing,
Not even a time to tell.
Just a glance and smile would ever bring,
A fall under eachothers spell.

With sunrise and sundown again and again,
With light and dark throughout,
Their passion for the other was all the same,
One just wouldn't speak the words aloud.
At dusk when light was all but here,
And shadows were only seen,
They would spark a flame to light the air,
And would cover up where they have been.
As secrets reveal and legends tell,
Through sleep their hearts would glow.
A bright blue shine that lit the place,
Brought them together and wouldn't let go.
Still morn did come and their minds drew back,
To the doubt of the others love,
And so did their days and nights turn black,
But they never did give up.

So many days passed, so many days gone,
Until the moment came for them,
When they both became one.

So as the sun did rise they took a trip,
Into a dark and desperate cave,
And whence they entered the black,
They saw their hearts glow blue and wave.
Fascinated by the sight, believing only heart.
They didn't hold back or fight, but began what only dreamt would start
And now they sleep on foreign land
Resting safely to the sound of chimes.
Two creatures' love, a woman, a man,
Creeping slowly, the winding vines.
