Run my fingers through my hair
Pass the sign that says, "Beware"
Break the fence and climb a tree
Hiding from everything
Clutch my knees up to my chest
Close my eyes and hope for the best
Count the times I've been left
For something less
Wipe the tears from my ***** face
Spread my hands and feel the space
Find the strength to climb back down
Get away from this town
Lock the door and hide the key
Walking far away from these memories
Buy the ticket and board the plane
Leaving this place
See the clouds floating around
Feel my heart beat off of the ground
Smile again and know this is the beginning
This is the ending
