Lightning crashed
Against the sky
Clouds opened to
Release a cold
Down pour
Of ice covered petals
A storm of
Emotion and pain
.  .  .
Lost wandering in
The rain
Petals of ice cover her hair
Forming a beautiful crown
.  .  .
The lines that formed
Her body
Slowly faded into
Unfocused vines
Flowers bloomed in her eyes
Taking the place of
Her soul
Thorns escaped from
The cage around her heart
. . .
When asked for her name
She slowly repeated
as petals
Fell from her eyes
"I am from a Thicket of flowers
from which my name comes"
