Mar 2018
as soon as i found
the rose colored words
to reinforce my third eye
it was as if my head
then rested upon a pillow
so soft
a luscious home
foreign
but warm
and i quickly recalled
my wood batten bed
that creaked and woke
the neighbors
and bent my neck
so i could only see out
the one corner of my eye
