I have waited,
Still waiting
Time and date race with such hast
Season come and go
Yet I'm here
Weary and lonely
Marrow of my bone aches
Rain cloud weep
Sun flower wither
Cupid arrow has not pierce my heart.

Day turn in to night
Summer to autumn
Spring to winter
Steadfast with sad lips
Morning joy I know it not but sorrow
And Cupid arrow has not pierce my heart.

Seeing love mistreated
Oh how love forsaken me so
My eye know only lover
As they pass me on the street
Envy and bitterness
Unsung song
And Cupid arrow has not pierce my heart.

Cupid come
Send me love
A lover who can fill my heart with joy
Someone I can grow old with
And yet you are deaf in the ear
For your arrow has not pierce my heart yet.
